Check-in is possible between 3pm and 7pm. Once checked in, you can enter and exit at the entrance at any hour of the day. Want to check in earlier? Then we charge a more cost of €25. It is best to let us know in advance so that we can prepare for your arrival. Can you only check in later? Yes, that is possible if you let us know in time by e-mail. We will then send you a text message with the code of our key safe at the entrance. Please note that you can only use a key safe after receiving a payment or guarantee from your credit card. Check-out can be until 11am, so you can have a leisurely breakfast. You can book a late check-out (until 3pm), this comes to €25 per room. If you leave later than 3pm, the cost of an extra night's stay will apply.

Our hotel is located in the middle of the city centre, making it easily accessible both by car and bicycle. The hotel is about 100m from the railway station, making it easy to reach by public transport.

Genk and its surrounding area is a beautiful setting for great cycling trips! You can then easily park your bike in our secure bike park. Do you have an electric bike? Then you can also recharge it with us.

Yes, wifi is available in all rooms. You can log in to the Guest network with password GREENHOTEL1234

For 12 euros a night, you can park in our hotel's car park. Best to book this with us in advance to be sure. Either in the public car parks around the hotel. These are paid from 9am-6pm and free on Sundays & public holidays. You get 1h free per day from City of Genk if you enter your number plate in the parking machine. We will be happy to inform you about all parking options by e-mail.

Yes, both before check-in and after check-out, you can store your bags at reception.

Yes, it is possible to have your clothes washed and dried with us for a surcharge of 10 euros per wash.

As much as we love animals, they are unfortunately not allowed in our hotel.

The breakfast buffet in the Roots Bar is accessible from 7-10am during weekdays. On weekends and public holidays, the buffet is open from 8-11am.

Yes you can, under the following conditions:
- Cancel more than 24h before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation within 24h before arrival: 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
- No show: 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
(* The reservation value = confirmed price multiplied by the number of nights reserved)

From Monday to Saturday, you have to pay in the centre from 9am-6pm. You get another 1 hour free per day if you enter your number plate in the parking machine. On Sundays & public holidays, it is free everywhere. Be careful with the Fruit Market, it's best not to park there on Wednesday evening because of the market.
